Refund and Return policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable items such as coffee beans and ground coffee cannot be returned once opened, due to food safety standards.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at Totscoffeetraders@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
